Upgrading from UCMDB 10.22 to 10.33 - custom class model was changed.

Our custom attributes under class Computer used to be in blue, but after upgrade I noticed they were normal black font and the managed state on the custom attributes were removed. Is this expected behavior and what could be the impact?

Check the upgrade report in :\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\runtime\log\package_reports\customer_1\cpUpgrade\[date_of_CP_upgrade]\

You can find more details there.

Re: Upgrading from UCMDB 10.22 to 10.33 - custom class model was changed.

Hi,

The upgrade was done back in April of this year, but the timestamp on the upgrade_report.csv file was of yesterday. And the contents didn't give any additional detail, I assume the file has been overwritten, not sure why.  Here is the contents of the file ...

Type,Name,Package,Existence Status,Equality Status,Merge Strategy,Conflict Strategy,Final Strategy
dynamicSettings,dynamicSettings.xml,dynamicSettings.zip,NEW,,,,USE_NEW

Regards

DynamicSettings.zip is the package deployed sometimes by the Browser so it's not related to the CP.

You should have there the CSV report from the past. We never clean that directory.

Hi Bogdan,

There is no mention of class models in this zip file, it is mainly to do with the browser.

Hello Louie,

so is there any kind of csv report which mentions the CP upgrade process from 10.22 to 10.33?
