Users cannot access the map when LDAP enabled in uCMDB9.05 (it will ask for username and password)

hello ,

 

as a part of application mapping , link for the user should be working without user name and password ??

mapuser is internal user and also we dont want to add additional user as there are so many aaplication mapped with different application users ,opened case but does not helful

 

apart from HPuCMDB users,mapuser,admin etc , we need below things to cover

 

1)link should be avialble to users ( as we are updating the link in web interface so it can be avilable for customer to view maps and relationship with servers but it should ask for username and password

 

2) we dont want to add each apps,customer etc apart from team in the user settings

 

how we can get this success to make sure that user can easily able to view there maps, server relationship without

username and password

 

please help me asap

Hope you are more than great,

 

According to your question, all the resources available in the appliaction should be accessed by login what you were be able to perform is to enable the LWSSO.
