Windows Servers not searchable in the browser

Hi Team,

We are not able to find the Windows CI's in the UCMDB browser. I have enabled Searchbale and Visible under the attributes of CI Type Manager for Windows for Name.

When we search with IP address of the same Windows server we are able to find it. However, it does not work with Server name.

Please advice.

Thank you.

Re: Windows Servers not searchable in the browser

There are two kind of search in Browser. The standard one is implemented as TQL on UCMDB side. Advanced one is using SOLR engine.

In case of advanced you have to change indexer settings.

Re: Windows Servers not searchable in the browser

Please check the Search Engine Enabled setting in Infrustructure Setting Manager. It exist in UCMDB 10.X only, AFAIK.
