I think the entire error you have is this:

<Date> [thread] (RequestProcessor.java:424) ERROR - appilog.framework.shared.manage.impl.MamResponseException: [ErrorCode [1009] Query result exceeded size limit.
Please refine your query.
Cause: Can't handle "get layout" query.
Input size: {0}
Size limit: {1}{485123, 200000}]
CMDB Operation Internal Error: class com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.shared.base.CmdbException : Result size exceeds limit !!! Layout has been requested for pattern [Identification for [node]], result size [485123], while the fuse is set to [200000] : operation Tql Query: Get Ad Hoc Map (By Pattern). Pattern [Identification for [node]] : class com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.shared.base.CmdbException :
CMDB Internal Error: Error while handling request: {request: ID='ID' Message='General CMDB request' Operation='com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.shared.

To resolve such an error there are 2 things you could do:

  1. Reduce the size of the TQL
  2. Increase the size of the fuse: tql.max.result.size.layout.retrieval

It is better to do the first one, as huge tqls can really slow down/consume memory & cpu of the UCMDB system.

Hope this helps,
