Hoe do you keep pointer when reference state same object?

so for example

bizapp1 -> node1

bizapp1-> node2

bizapp2 -> node1

then if create

bizapp master -> bizapp1

bizapp master -> bizapp2

then bizapp master show a link between bixapp2 ->node2 and shold not

can you not have bizapp to biz app relationships?  maybe create a ci collection rather than the a biz app ?
