do we charge for the UD license for dev/QA/DR?

The customer wants to setup a dev instance of UD.  It’s clear that we don’t charge for the UCMDB server or data flow probe.  The question isThe customer wants to setup a dev instance of UD.  It’s clear that we don’t charge for the UCMDB server or data flow probe.  The question is do we charge for the UD license for dev/QA/DR?

Hello,

 

As far as i know it does not matter if customer is using the environment for DEV/QA, it's still a license that is user. Customer can ask for an evaluation license though, so he can test the product in his own environment, free of charge.

Hello,

 

As far as i know it does not matter if customer is using the environment for DEV/QA, it's still a license that is user. Customer can ask for an evaluation license though, so he can test the product in his own environment, free of charge.
