features from BSM in uCMDB. Alerts, dashboards, kpi

Jump to solution

I ve been working with BSM integrating it with many products. Currently, one customer that only has uCMDB + probe  + cm (standalone), asks us to deliver Alerts dashboards and kpi, which are very typical of BSM but  I really don't know if the features exist in uCMDB or CM. Anyone has experiences with this?

Thanks in advance

Mario

The BSM CIT could be added to UCMDB, but dashboard, and monitoring/populating of the statuses is BSM only.

Hi, if your client wants a dashboard for service and Infrastructure status/health, you will not get any of that in uCMDB. HP BSM is designed for this requirement.
