Errors like "Invalid or missing file name in XML request" most probably pointing to incorrect mapping.

In case we have such error in OTTB job, in my opinion, support case need to be raised.

nw push is happening from ucmdb side...bt i dnt find CI in HP SM....

i have attached sm log file...

 

please let me know what can be done?
