integration UCMDB ip creates cis, which are not enlisted in the query

Hello,

we have 2 enviroments of UCMDB 11.0. We integrate from source UCMDB, a query with cis computers and ips (attached image). Allthough, in destination uCMDB, "interface"  appears (extra ci type ), which is related to incoming ips (attached image, destination_result). Why? Can we disable it?

Thank you

Re: integration UCMDB ip creates cis, which are not enlisted in the query

Hi,

UCMDB enrich CIs to be integrated with all informations useful for reconciliation, which are IPs and interfaces for nodes. If you do not transfer them, it can lead to duplicates after a second integration run. Therefor it is not recommended to disable it and I am not aware of any switcht o do so.

Regards,

Kevin
