<UCMDB Support Tip> How to access UCMDB when both http and https are disabled

Issue description:

In scenario’s wherein both http and https are disabled by mistake, it will not be possible to access UCMDB UI and JMX-console.

What needs to be done to resolve such an issue?

Solution:

In this scenario, You can add the below given lines in to <drive>\hp\UCMDB\Sever\conf\setting.override.properties:

jetty.connections.http.enabled=true

jetty.connections.https.enabled=true

After the reboot of UCMDB server, both http and https would be enabled and UCMDB can be accessed.

Then you can go to JMX-console and revert the changes, if needed.
