<UCMDB Support Tip> How to reset the applet jars cached in Windows Operating System

Issue description:

Occasionally when you try to open uCMDB Console, an error message like “Jar damaged” will be displayed or the applet may keep loading.




  • Open Command Prompt console (cmd.exe) from Windows Start Menu (Start > Run).
  • Input %temp%, it will take you into the Temp directory of Windows.
  • Delete “UcmdbAppletJars” and reconnect uCMDB server with Web Browser.

The issue will be resolved.
