<uCMDB Support Tip>UCMDB 9.x push adapter fails with error message including internal id

Symptom: When pushing CIs from UCMDB 10.10 to BSM 9.23 using "UCMDB 9.x adapter", only on certain job users may see the following error in the UI and adapter log.

End1 [Name = SpecialAdditionalCI; ID = UCMDB2BSMCLOUD_RELPKG%0Ant%0A1%0Ainternal_id%3DSTRING%3Dee39e7f1bb2b6a4780ba9a899388a722%0A] does not exist in topology. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: End1 [Name = SpecialAdditionalCI; ID = UCMDB2BSMCLOUD_RELPKG%0Ant%0A1%0Ainternal_id%3DSTRING%3Dee39e7f1bb2b6a4780ba9a899388a722%0A] does not exist in topology. at com.hp.ucmdb.spi.data.query.topology.AbstractTopologyImpl.addAdditionalRelation(AbstractTopologyImpl.java:122) ……

This issue might occur not only on the integration between BSM 9.2x and UCMDB 10.10 but all UCMDB 10.x.

Solution:

The issue is already fixed by re-coding the adapter. The patch is contained in UCMDB 10.01 CUP11, UCMDB 10.11 CUP3 and UCMDB 10.20.
