uCMDB Department Push to HPSM

Hello,

During the push of Departments from UCMDB 10.2 to HPSM 9.35 using the the default "ServiceManager Adapter9-x" UCMDB is appending the  filename="dept" in the Request name and for some reason this makes HPSM skip the reconcialite rules... where can I change this?

Example of request sent by UCMDB:

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:enc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelop/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><SOAP-ENV:Body><CreateucmdbConfigDepartmentRequest filename="dept"><model><keys/><instance>.......

I just want to change to <CreateucmdbConfigDepartmentRequest> but couldn't find where.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Breno Abreu

Re: uCMDB Department Push to HPSM

There is most likely a typo/error in your xml file for Departments. Check the info in the smSyncConfFile.xml (part of the adapter) and search for "CreateucmdbConfigDepartmentRequest" - the issue should be visually clear when comparing the findings with other entries.
