uCMDB-SM ticket federation

I have on problem with uCMDB 10.10 - SM 9.21 (Applications version) ticket federation. 

 

With a query in uCMDB I can get count of Incident tickets via federation but relation to CIs doesn't work. 

 

In this environment there are changes how CIs are identified, mapping isn't normal:

uCMDB: name = SM: logical.name

uCMDB: sm_id = SM: id

 

uCMDB: name = SM: network.name

uCMDB: xx_name = SM: logical.name

 

Does this  affect to the federation? 

 

Does anyone have a good document about configuring federation? Or what should be done to get the this working?
