uCMDB data Flow probe 2019.11 connection issues

I see the following errors in my probe wrapper logs, this is the fresh installation of the data flow probe 2019.11. When i try to connect to my Ucmdb server..

There can be too many possible issues, From network, firewall, configuration,Assuming that this was a fresh install of both server and probe it should work.

You should check server logs: error, dal and reconciliation. And probe logs probe-error and WrapperProbeGW.

You can also run clearProbeData.bat file to clean DB tables and start fresh. Expect that the first time the probe starts it will take time to be fully up since it has to download from the server a lot of packages. If there is latency between server and probe it might take more than 1 hour.

You can clean logs and restart the probe. Check them and spot the errors.": Premature end of file." usually means someone closed the connection: timeout, socket conn, network, ucmdb server etc.

It might be more efficient to open a support ticket.
