ucmdb-api jar backward compatibility

Jump to solution

Hi,

I need to create a code that will collect data from RTSMs from different versions of BSM / APM. Each BSM/APM version has it's own ucmdb-api.jar. Are they backward compatible? Can I use the .jar from latest APM to query an older BSM 2.x?

If not what is the way to import different .jar version into a single java project. They share same class names, etc...

Thanks

Erik
