ucmdb license 10.33 can not be imported (jmx-console)

Hi experts

The customer tried to import MDR-200 license using jmx console but this fails with the error "license already exists". (RTSM with OMi)
If we click any report of active/expired license the output is empty (only foundation license).

Does anybody have had similiar issues?

Hi,

We are having exactly the same issue.

Wi did it that way with OMi 10.61 (with UCMDB 10.31) and this worked absolutely properly.

Doing the same thing with OMi 10.62 (with UCMDB 10.33) it produces that same issue/error.

 

License file is a UCMDB 10.33 license.

 

Did you find a solution/workaround in the mean time?

The case/issue is still open but we did find a workaround.
In our case we could not add additional integration with"external database" but with xls it has worked.
We did rename the original adapter and reimported the package. With the renamed adapter we can now define integrations as many we want independent what license says.


Hope the issue will be fixed anyway with 10.63..

I had the same issue with importing MDR license into OMi 10.62. Did you get any update on your case? Is there a hotfix or patch available?
