v9.05 and v10 integration to HP service manager

Why is this so convoluted using ancient xslt definitions?

When is there going to be support for integration using HP SM's restful api?

Re: v9.05 and v10 integration to HP service manager

You are welcome to create enhancement request with support.

BTW, as far as I know integration is using SOAP WS on SM side, so it's kind of RESTless already.

But, I understand your concerns related to performance downgrade due to serialization of the info.

No, I mean the REST api introduced from SM v9.32 onwards:-

this should not be down to the customer to raise an enhancement request (which mostly take up to two years to be implemented) but be considered as part of the ongoing uCMDB product strategy since no doubt SM will move away from it's SOAP implementation and the current uCMDB to HP SM integration using xslt is poor.
