which parameter in Oracle is mapped to “last_used_date” attribute in InstalledSoftware CIT

Customer would like to know which parameter in Oracle is mapped to “last_used_date” attribute in InstalledSoftware CIT.

We've got feedback: last_used_date attribute is related to software utilization. We calculate the value according to collecting running applications in memory. It applied to all installed software.

Could you please elaborate on the answer provided (We calculate the value according to collecting running applications in memory)

Any supporting documents will be helpful since we communicate with customer through email.

Re: which parameter in Oracle is mapped to “last_used_date” attribute in InstalledSoftware CIT

Hello,

“last_used_date” attribute in InstalledSoftware CIT is based on last access time stamp of the main file of the application.

This value is collected from scan file, and it is the “LastUsed” of the application.

Regards,

Irina
