Add discovery of VMWare VCenter Appliances

Currently it is required to log into a VCenter system to create the running software CI to kick of the VMWare jobs.  Customers are now using many instances of VMWare Appliances (no longin capability except via Web UI on port 443) which host their VCenter servers.

We would like to add another job to discover these VCenter Appliances that would then be able to create the running software CI needed by the other VMWare jobs.
