Attribute 'Is Candidate For Deletion' not visible in CI history

When editing the attribute 'Is Candidate For Deletion' in a CI, this activity is not visible in it's history.

Occasionally, we have observed that this attribute has changed without our intervention (from DB) and this is causing inconsistencies with other integrated applications (Atrium).

I'm not sure this is even possible, nor desirable.  You can see this attribute's definiton if you open up the data model hierarchy to the Root level.  It's literally on EVERY single CI type in the whole hierarchy.

The perormance impact could be quite severe by adding this attribute to history, especially when the numbers are calculated each day.

Nonetheless, I see there are several votes on this, so I'm letting it ride to see how it goes.  Perhaps there are other ways to deal with this request that we can investigate if it gets that far.
