Develop a UDA that can be deployed for RHEL on the S390x processor architecture

Red Hat Enterprise Linux can be deployed on an IBM z/OS LPAR (on a S390 processor architecture). The UDA is built for the OS and Processor Architecture, so for instance, there is a RHEL agent for x86, but there is not an agent for RHEL on S390x. As a result, discovery must be performed by SSH, which is more problematic due to permissions restrictions. Developing a compatible agent for the S390x architecture would help resolve some reconciliation and discovery issues with these specific types of OS and system configurations.

I raised this some time ago, but it didn't get enough votes.

Let's see if we can do better this time 🙂

We're currently use SSH but we'd prefer to use a UD Agent.

if MicroFocus does the work on compiling the UDAgent, they should be able to do the same for the Inventory Scanner as well.
