Enhance functionality of exportCredentialsAndRangesInformation

Enhance functionality of exportCredentialsAndRangesInformation

It would be helpful to get the encrypted credentials in a file per each credential.

Currently, it's all of them in one file through JMX method exportCredentialsAndRangesInformation.

The disadvantage is that this MBean can't export individual credentials and it will always create a file in UCMDBServer\conf\discovery\customer_1 that will contain all the credentials from the source UCMDB.

It is unlikely that we would modify the JMX to provide this functionality.  However, with the Discovery refactoring that we're implementing right now, this is very possible.  In fact, the current implementation (not yet released) does allow for individual downloads of credential records, but is only for the UDA use case.

If you were to look at the full range of credentials, would you be able to prioritize which others are important to you?  That is, what credentials do you care more about, and in what order?
