Enhancement for StringList attribute type (sorting and ordering)

String List type doesn't have sorting and ordering features (in fact ordering works but only for UI, for API it doesn't work, maybe there is an issue, I'm not sure, I've tested it for java API).

In some cases it is important to store ordered values (for example - list of email addresses for notification).

Sometimes it is convenient to store values in sorted list, especially when string list is huge.

I suggest to stay values ordered by default and add checkbox "enable sorting".
