Export the CI IDs from RTSM

Export the CI IDs from RTSM

We need to export the CI IDs from RTSM without use any other third party tool. In the case that the uCMDB is a Global ID generator then we can export the CI ID, because Global ID and CI ID are same. But in the case that Global ID generator is another tool and we have diferrent CI ID and Global ID in RTSM, it's not feasible to export the CIID OOTB.

This is, there is no way to build any TQL that retrieves RTSM IDs. We can retrieve many CI attributes (basically all) but not the RTSM ID.

Benefits / Value:

This is important becasue in SHR, we have CIIDs as a key attribute and to create a report for monitoring events received from other tools e.g. Sitescope and BSM, we need to know the CIID of all CIs belongs to a Service Tree in RTSM.

Design details

If we can export the CI ID/RTSM ID  for the CIs belongs to a service tree, then we can find all events related to the CIs under a service and make a report for them. in SHR. This is not feasible with other attibutes in SHR.
