Hyper-V Discovery: Relationship between VM and old Host should get deleted when VM moves to new Host

While discovering Hyper-V infrastructure when VM moves to new Host, the relation between the VM and old Host still remains in UCMDB and gets deleted only due to aging. This makes it very difficult while preparing reports and if we want to check which host the VM is connected to.

For VMware discovery this issue has been addressed with "VMware vMotion Monitor by VIM" discovery job. Need a similar solution for Hyper-V discovery as well.
