Improve Inventory Discovery by Scanner job by adding support for Powershell protocol

This is a request to add powershell as supported protocol for Inventory Discovery by Scanner job.

We cannot use NTCMD for windows discovery because of firewall restrictions, also NTCMD is not recommended by Micro Focus to use throw firewalls, therefore we want to use Powershell for discovery installed software to be able to use SSA.

Why you don't want use WMI for discovering installed software. I doubt that PS is good idea to collect data about installed software. Sorry, if my question is not fully technical correct. 🙂

We still use shell (HPCMD) jobs to discover hardware, software, and relationships. In order for us to leave behind HPCMD, we need all discoveries that rely on it to be replaced, including but not limited to:

IIS Applications by NTCMD or UDA
Microsoft Exchange Connection by NTCMD or UDA
Microsoft Exchange Topology by NTCMD or UDA
MS Cluster by NTCMD or UDA
MS NLB by NTCMD or UDA

I don't care if we use WMI, PowerCMD, or PowerShell - we just need all HPCMD-only jobs replaced with something else, otherwisae we'll keep using HPCMD. If someone can show me how to get everything I'm getting today without HPCMD, I would be grateful.

I've found that I could use PowerCMD protocol to reach my goal instead of PowerShell, in spite of this in my mind implementing support of PowerShell protocol for the job is good idea.
