Include SNMPWalk utility in UCMDB

Include SNMPWalk utility in UCMDB

When setting up SNMP discovery for new device types, we often have to run snmpwalk to see if certain attribute values are available(model name / Serial number etc). The output is then shared with support to include discovery support for those devices.

It would help if the snmpwalk utility is included in ucmdb (similar to snmp ping) so that the above step can be performed directly from within the application.

We need to see if the license can allow us to deliver SNMPwalk in the same manner as we delier the nmap binary.

If we have this snmpwalk binary then we can trigger the full walk of a device dirrectly from UCMDB in order to produce the walk file which is needed to Support or RnD for debug/troubleshooting.

Good news.  This capability was delivered with today's release of CP2020.05 as part of the Windows-based probe distributable file
