Include sequence number in compound relations

Hello, when displaying compound relations it will helpful to include a sequence number (and actually display the lines in sequence).

When you define complex compound relations that use the same CI types, it becomes difficult to understand what the compound relation is supposed to do.

I have included an example of a virtual compound with 8 elements that reuses 3 different CIT:
