Integration Point not working but its status is still running

Hello,

If the trigger CI instance used for the integration point has been deleted, the integration point's jobs become disabled and cannot run, but the status of Integation Point remains running. There is no identification under Integration point that Trigger Cis has been missing.

For example, if aging deleted SQL Database that was trigger CI instance for many integrations Points, we can not know the Integration Point's jobs are not executed without to selecting each Integration point to display the status of each job.

The status of the integration point should reflect its actual state, ie whether it is working or not.

Cordially

Hi, the situation you described sounds a bit like a bug to me. Let me check it with R&D.

Hi, I thought that too.

But the answer of the support to the case (SD02166104) that I had opened is that this behavior conforms to the specifications, and that I had to submit a new idea on this forum if I wanted an improvement.

I discussed it with R&D and it seems that the new integrations that leverage  “Generic Adapter” and “UCMDB Adapter” are not affected by this, so the effect of the bug is limited.

WHat integration are you using? maybe we can think of some workaround, as it seems the cost of fixing it might be high.

The integration adapter is : External source Import/Export - Import topology from Database
