Making UCMDB ChatBot to use HTTPS connection for all the interactions with collabrative platforms

UCMDB ChatBot uses multiple ports (3000, 3100, & 8080) to integrate and interact with collaborative platform such as Slack, MatterMOst, MS teams. But as we have seen, in UCMDB ChatBot not all the ports are configured to use HTTPS connection for interaction. Only one port "3100" is configured to use HTTPS connection.

Generally in most of the cases, UCMDB chatbot will be integrating with collaborative tools over public internet, hence by considering the security perspective, it would be good to have all the UCMDB ChatBot ports listening over SSL connection rather than plain HTTP connection.  So that customer interaction will be secured & private and also adds strong security weightage to UCMDB ChatBot product.
