Good Day,

I need uCMDB to allow me to create a link to another application, in this case Dynatrace. Currently uCMDB does not have the functionality. In my environment our customer needs us to view more information about a CI in Dynatrace, since uCMDB is unable to get the information via discovery.

For example, I've got middleware information which uCMDB can't discover, so when I click on the component on uCMDB browser, I should be taken to Dynatrace to see more information abou the CI. This means the infromation will be presented on Dynatrace.

Regards

Makhosonke

I confirmed with Makhosonke offline that what he's asking for is the ability to launch another application from the UCMDB browser, and pass it a piece of data, to allow that remote application to display additional information about the passed CI.
