Password policy message should be more precise

In the CMS-UI, when a user is asked to enter a new password because the old one has expired, if the user enters a password that does not meet the policy, the message which describes the policy is too imprecise :

"Password does not comply with policy. It must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least 1 character of type letter, digit or special character"

This message should be similar to the one displayed in the old Admin UI :

"Password does not meet policy requirements. Password must have at least 8 characters. Password must meet all four criteria: - digits - upper case letters - lower case letters - at least one special character from the following:,\:/. _?&%=+-[]()|] "

Very good idea.

The message should be compliant to the policy requirements.
