Prerequisites for DB documentation refinement

I would like to signal  one  thing that makes  loosing time  on prerequisits for the DATABASE     discussions with security. I create a new idea as  per request of Doron and Bill to ensure  this item is not lost.

Given that the vast majority of  customers  do not want to grant   “create Database”  on their  infrastructure     it would be nice to refine the documentation saying also the following:(this details are for MSSQLDB)

  1. Make the DBA create  an empty DB instance for you –call it  ucmdb_prod  as an example
  2. DBA Creates a user that   is assigned  DB_owner to  that empty instance   (  mssql dba says that DB_owner  can do everything on that db by definition)
  3. When installing- during the  DB connection details  choose  connect to an existing instance  and    use the above user and instance

This avoids useless discussions  on security permissions     for the create db permissions.

Similar situation for the   Oracle.

The documentation is not so good  about this.
