Red Hat Cluster Discovery for version 7 and 8

After adding support for RedHat 8, its time to update the cluster discovery for latest RedHat versions - 7 and 8. Currently the UD supports the red hat cluster suite, version 6.3 (released 8 years ago).

The discovery uses "clustat", which is not available in the newer versions. The clustering in Red Hat 6.5, Red Hat 7 and Red Hat 8 is  done by using  "pacemaker":
