Report multiple installations of same sw versions: ability to activate for specific data flow probes

To report the installations of multiple instances of same installed software version UD is providing a global setting in "Software Recognition Configuration" (SAI Recognition Tab).

This setting is a global setting. So it is active or inactive for scandata provided to ALL data flow probes.

In large enterprise environments the amount of multiple instances of same installed software version can be very high (e.g. same version of Apache httpd or Java JRE is installed multiple times on same server often).

To get this additional discovery data for all the target servers would result in high number of additional CIs.

Idea is to establish option to activate this setting for specific probes only. This would enable us to activate this option for specific customers (assigned to specific data flow probes) only.
