SSL certificates discovery to support mutual authentification

The current SSL certificates discovery module fails when certificates are configured for mutual authentification.

We believe this happens because the discovery job tries to complete the connection and since it cannot present a valid client certificate, it fails.

What we have noticed is that the server-side certificate was already presented in the response at that point in time.

Since this is the CI we want to discover in the first place, we would like the discovery job to retrieve it at that time, there is no need to attempt to complete the SSL connection.

Benoit Nadon
