This would be a request that needs to be submitted via another process.

If the idea is related to adding recognition of a new software title or generate a new normalization rule

For requesting a new software title be added to the monthly Inventory Discovery Knowledge Pack:

Download the SAI Additional Request Template and fill it out with the new titles you require Universal Discovery to recognize.

For requesting normalization rules added to the monthly Inventory Discovery Knowledge Pack

From the UCMDB GUI Report module, generate a “Rulebase Support Report” and include the results in your ticket

Once done, please submit the request to:https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/group/softwaresupport/web-submission

Select "Product Enhancement Request" and follow the prompts.
