UCMDB - Add an option to exclude some users from the password policy mechanism.

By default, user password expires after 90 days on uCMDB platform.
All users/None users are involved by this policy (as set with 'Passwords must use default policy' parameter: True or False).

But there're different type of users on a UCMDB platform:
- human users, connecting on UCMDB with Browser, and so on.
- automate users, for webservice access. Their password are usually encoded in specific scripts. >> Changing the password for these users need a human operation (there's no option to do it with webservice/SOAP). And these accounts can be set with no acces to UCMDB UI.

So I need to have the opportunity to exclude some users from the password policy mechanism.
With an option in users management, similary as "Server Administrator Privileges" option?
