UCMDB to ServiceNow integration using enhanced Generic adapter ( schedule using both coalesce field)

Hi,

UCMDB to servicenow integration supports only using one coalesce field (OOTB class.model.coalesce.field=correlation_id ) in adapter config file for integrating with ServiceNow tables, that means we will not able to push data to any non OOB tables, in non OOB tables of servicenow prefixed with U_. We need support to push data using both oob and non OOB tables and schedule the integration. The integration currently supports manually changing the field and then push it but we will not able to schdule this by having both correlation_id and u_correlationid as coalesce field in adapter config file.

Regards,

James

HI James,

I am working on ServiceNow UCMDB integration currently.

if you have custom u_ tables, they are still getting the "correlation_id" attribute from the parent class and you don't need to add an "u_" as a prefix. If for some reason you don't want to use "correlation_id" you may just create "u_coalesce_thing" on top level and use it.
