UD - Issue with inventory of Oracle Database (~defect)

Actually, the inventory of Oracle Database is based exclusively on the OraInst.loc file.
This file is generated by Oracle Universal Installer, and is pointing a centralized inventory filesystem.

But:
- The oldest version of Oracle Database, Oracle8g, could not installed with Oracle Universal Discovery. Therefore, this version of the InstalledSoftware can not be inventoried, even if present in Zsai.
- Oracle Database can be installed without Oracle Universal Installer. Therefore, these softwares can not be inventoried.
- Last, Oracle Database can be installed without centralized inventory. These software can not be inventoried.

It's really important to have an real inventory for this software.
The actual discovery is not inventoring all Oracle Databases, and it sounds like a defect for my customers.

Can you add some discovery with files and/or package for this InstalledSoftware?
Or change the mechanism in order to check all oraInventory FS?
Or another file which list all oraInventory FS on a system?
