to have 'AND' 'OR' conditions when creating reports in uCMDB Browser

0 Votes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Customer is user ucmdb server 10.32 and browser Version 4.13.94.
While creating reports in ucmdb-browser, Customer said that they do not have option to use AND/OR functionality which they have in ucmdb UI. they cannot give multiple conditions using the AND/OR operators.
Also, Customer are unable to add a list a CI's (comma separated)at a time when they use the 'in' or 'in ignore case' operator in the search query. Customer need to add the servers individually which is tedious when they have a large number of CI's.

PROBLEM:
Customer want to have 'AND'  'OR' conditions when creating reports in uCMDB Browser, as they are currently not available for usage.
As well, Customer  would like to be able to make multiple selection of CIs - comma separated or so, instead of adding them one by one while using IN or IN ignore case operator.

CURRENT WORKAROUNDS:
No workaround
Customer have to create reports in ucmdb UI which is not feasible as access cannot be provided to all

USER IMPACT:
This impacts all as users as they cannot create reports using browsers.
Customer cannot give access to UI and its complicated for them to create reports in UI.

System Information:
- Embedded Browser
- The OS of the host machine: Windows
- Ldap integrated
- uCMDB Browser version:  4.13.94,
- uCMDB Server version: 10.32, CP 23.00.79
- No patches applied
