uCMDB Bot - Ability to work with multiple uCMDB instances

uCMDB Bot work with a single uCMDB instance.

My customer has 12 uCMDB instances and they are wondering if we can customize the bot to handle all the 12 instances instead of having one bot for each instance.

So can we enhance the bot to prompt user for instance name, if we have multiple instances to work with? If there is a single instance defined in configuration file, it should work without prompting.
