uCMDB: need to be able to exclude nodes discovered based on hostname string patterns

Need to be able to exclude the discovery of nodes based on hostname string patterns.  Couldn't see how this could be achieved via current "Host Connection by Shell" jython scripts.

This should be possible to achieve using UCMDB's existing ability to filter out incoming data.  There’s a xml file where one can define the rules which in case met will result in filtering Cis out from the bulk at probe side.  File name is “globalFilteing.xml” can be edited in “Adapter Management” Tab of UCMDB UI.  Additional details can be found at the CMS Help Center for Global Filtering
