Re: CMS 11.0 is now generally available

Hello Indra,

the versioning system may be confusing, the AMGeneric adapter is lister with the CP version and build because it's delivered in the CP.

If you click the readme link you will see the actual AM version.

Re: CMS 11.0 is now generally available

Did you follow the notes on the known issues? A rebuildModelDBSchemaAndViews may be useful.

For the GenericAdapter, maybe it's better to deploy it and redeploy CP26 again.

Re: CMS 11.0 is now generally available

This may have been answered before but for a customer on 10.3x, what is the difference between going to v11 vs 2018.x?

Re: CMS 11.0 is now generally available

The biggest differences is the change in the license model. It's the difference between UCMDB 10.x vs UCMDB 11.x.

The support matrix also changed slightly but nothing major. 10.33 is the UCMDb version to Support a Windows 2008 version.

Of course, there are the differences between 11.0 and 11.2 (2018.08) as we have more features in the later.

It all boils down to your use cases.

Kind regards,
Bogdan Mureșan
