<UCMDB Support Tip> Query node using the Global ID with rest-api

By default, we can use uCMDB ID to query node with rest-api.
We do it like this:: https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/rest-api/dataModel/ci/4b2cb089d9e909849961810333078937
This will return the Node's detailed in by in json format.

But sometimes we need to use global id instead of the uCMDB id, we can do it like this
https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/rest-api/dataModel/ci/4b2cb089d9e909849961810333078937?isGlobalId=true

Now 4b2cb089d9e909849961810333078937 is present the global id but not the uCMDB ID.
