Caliber - 11.4.13 - Setting Description Length (Video)

.Set Description Length for Caliber

In order to configure the maximum number of characters allowed in the Requirement Description field you need to complete this through the registry key max_description_length.

Create the registry key under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Borland\CaliberRM\11.4\Client\

(or

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Borland\CaliberRM\11.4\Client for Windows 32-bit machines).

Note: You may need to contact your IT department to propagate these changes on each computer.

Note: You may encounter performance issues if you increase the size beyond the default value of 200,000 characters.

Once the Registry Key has been amended – display the working changes within the Description field.
