CaliberRM 2006 Client: Hotfix 28 - Increasing MS Word Character limit

This Hotfix increases the maximum allowed length for a Requirement Name imported from MS Word to 128 characters. Previously, this was set to 64characters.

To use:
Install this Hotfix 28 on your CaliberRM Client then install the latest CaliberRM Server Hotfix.

Addresses the problem that is seen after the upgrade to 2006 - Unable to save BLS license for users who were previously assigned a BLS license.

HotFix 7
Addresses the problem with Caliber-StarTeam Publisher"s Poor Performance (for large-scale project) and Nothing Published (for publish to one folder).

HotFix 8
Addresses the problem with "CaliberRM requirements publisher duplicated requirements after update"

HotFix 15
CaliberRM SDK application error for applications with deleted users belonging to a group.

Hotfix 19
Addresses the problem with CaliberRM"s "Traceability Matrix shows requirements for other projects"
Rollup from Hotfix 12 - This hotfix addresses some traceability matrix performance issues.
Rollup from Hotfix 14 - Baseline Maintenance and deleted requirements visual improvements.

Hotfix 21
This hotfix includes the CaliberRM Client fixes that allow Mercury Quality Center 9.2 integration. It does not include the Quality Center extraction software. Users who would like to use Quality Center 9.2 should install CaliberRM 2006 Quality Center Integration - Hotfix 21 prior to installing Hotfix 28c.
