Client Installation hanging when attempting to download from the URL (Network Install and Upgrade).

Resolution:


Problem Description:

During the client install from the Network Install and Upgrade URL, the installer appears to *hang at "removing backup files."


Resolution:

Confirm in the Network Install and Upgrade installation path (Windows Explorer) that the folder is shared and execute permissions are selected. Right Click and choose properties Choose Web Sharing and select Share Folder Add Alias (CaliberRM_Network_Install) Edit properties and choose execute under Application Permissions.

NOTE: For IIS the path will be inetpub\wwwroot\CaliberRM_Network_Install
