If the Machine name and the Network log on are different, will this cause a connection problem with the Caliber Server?

If you use different machine names in Windows compared to the machine names in DNS, there will be a problem because the server uses DNS to do reverse lookups and send information to the client machine.

On the Caliber Client Machine, right click on Network Neighborhood and select ?properties?. On the identification tab, check the computer name. It should be the same as the host name on the DNS tab. To view the DNS tab, select the protocols tab\properties and then select the DNS tab.
